Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with NeedShirts! We’re excited to get your order out to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping details below for important information on order processing, delivery times, and support.


Order Processing Times

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed after hours, on weekends, or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Once your order has been fulfilled, you’ll receive an automatic shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


Domestic U.S. Shipping Only

We currently ship to customers within the United States only. All orders are shipped from our U.S.-based fulfillment center.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly via the shipping carrier’s website or by clicking the tracking link in your Shopify order confirmation email.

If you haven’t received tracking within 5 business days of placing your order, please reach out to us at needshirts@outlook.com.


 Lost or Damaged Shipments

At NeedShirts, we do our best to ensure every order arrives in perfect condition. However, once an order is handed off to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for any items that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.

If your item arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please:

  1. Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

  2. Save all packaging materials and the damaged item(s) to support your claim.

  3. Reach out to us at support@needshirts.com if you need help locating your tracking or order details.


Address Changes or Cancellations

If you need to update your shipping address or cancel an order, please email us within 12 hours of placing your order. After processing begins, changes are not guaranteed.
